Our Art for Inspiration Room at the Galleria was redesigned last week. Art Resources Consultant Evonne Sunram and Gabberts designer Diane Matkati created a beautiful, restful room with southwest influences, color and texture. A large impressive painting by John Horjs of a cactus and mountainous terrain was the focal point that inspired the vision for the room. Several small ceramic pots with legs of faux birch provide fun accessories. Indian faces by Kirby Sattler, and feather etchings by Ball provide further interest. Besides the Horjs, Ali Luedtke’s large, dynamic fused glass and metal Tribal piece is a very impactful addition to the room. Leather chairs and an armoir filled with glass vases is the finishing touch. Stop by and sit in the room to gaze at the artwork and be inspired by its calm!
